We are a small cidery operating solely on our family’s three-acre farm, passionate about
natural tannins and ciders that aren’t overly sweet. We source as many of our ingredients as
locally as possible: the quince for our War Worthy, the Italian plums in our Sour Empress, and
the lavender in our herbed cider all come from our farm and the Magic Valley. Cedar Draw Cider
is genuinely a small-batch, hand-crafted cidery that balances Old World cider with the new.

Cinder Wines is an urban winery located in Boise’s Garden City neighborhood, crafting expressive, food-friendly wines exclusively from Idaho’s Snake River Valley. Founded by winemaker
and Idaho local, Melanie Krause, Cinder focuses on small-lot production, thoughtful vineyard
sourcing, and balanced winemaking that highlights varietal character and sense of place. Wines
are fermented and aged in-house, allowing guests to experience the winemaking process up
close. Cinder offers a welcoming tasting room, curated wine club memberships, and private

ERTH Beverage Company is a Boise-based craft beverage producer specializing in sparkling
switchels, botanical sodas, and functional non-alcoholic drinks made with real, pronounceable
ingredients. We brew in small batches using Steele Legacy Apiaries Idaho honey, Golden Valley
Idaho organic apple cider vinegar, fresh-pressed juices, roots, herbs, and spices from Fiddlers
Green Farm and others. Our production is hands-on and thoughtfully paced: we juice, brew,
