Sun Valley Mustard has been locally-owned and -operated since 1984. Our gourmet mustard has
been a staple in the Wood River Valley for years and we have recently expanded our product
line to include a mustard dry rub and mustard-roasted pecans. We are grateful to be a part of
the local food system in our Valley and appreciate the support of our community!

Sun Valley Smoked Trout was born in the mountains of Idaho, where clean water and a love for
great fish inspired founder Tom Hickey to start smoking trout in his backyard after moving to
Sun Valley in 1969. What began as small batches for local grocery stores grew into a nationally
loved product known for its rich flavor and perfectly moist texture. In 2023, longtime fishermen
Jonah Torseth and Danny Kramer took the helm, bringing their passion for quality seafood
and deep local roots to the business. Today, Sun Valley Smoked Fish continues Tom’s mission:
crafting honest, delicious salmon, steelhead, and trout meant to be shared.
