granolas, natural skin care, and more made by hand by skilled artisans.

5B Provisions is a small Wood River Valley-based woman-owned business. Drawing on years of
culinary training, our goal is to provide the valley with an ever-changing menu of wholesome
sweet and savory treats, small-batch vanilla and simple syrups, cocktail kits, heirloom recipe
cookies and scones, gluten-free dog treats, mountain specialized dog paw balms, and our 1970s
recipe granola! This summer, our provisions will extend to soaps, chemical-free cleaning products, and much more. Whenever possible we try to source Idaho grains, fruits, and vegetables.
We will always use Idaho local raw honey.

At Ballard Cheese LLC in Gooding, Idaho, we proudly create our award-winning cheeses: Idaho
White Cheddar, Truffle Salt Cheddar, Pepper Cheddar, and six flavors of cheese curds (squeaky
cheese). We also have Baby Swiss, Danish Pearl (Gouda style), Jersey Dream (Feta style), and
Idaho grilling cheese (Halloumi style). And we have added new cheeses: Black Pepper Cheddar,
Huckleberry Cheddar, Parmarono (Parmesan/Romano), and our Vintage Aged Cheddar (aged
over a year), all in small, handmade batches using milk from Silver Line Dairy’s 100% Jersey
cows, to ensure the finest quality and richest taste.
